　　据南通检验检疫局统计，2010年上半年南通口岸共进口废钢2批次，4830吨，货值159.39万美元，同比分别下降85.7%、95.8%及97.6%。

　　据分析，废钢进口大幅减少的主要原因是由于全球经济回暖，欧美钢厂逐渐恢复生产，钢材消费需求增长导致国际废钢价格持续走高，国内废钢收购价格与国外价格出现倒挂，国内废钢均价比国外废钢价格低7%-10%。

       对废钢的再利用，也是缓解对矿石原料的依赖性，而出现这样的倒挂现象，也反映出了现今国内304L不锈钢板市场上的风起云涌的状态。
